Building Request Form

Please read before filling out the form 

- Everyone using the church building is to leave the building in the same shape it was found in, or better.

- Everyone is to clean up after themselves and replace furniture and/or items in their normal places.

- Filling out a request does not guarantee access to the building. Our staff will look at the church calendar and go over event details, and respond with an official approval/denial. 

- Outside groups using the building as approved by the Elders may be charged a fee to help cover the expenses of using the building, depending on the request.
